Our top priority at Oliva Carpet Cleaning Services  is the safety and the well-being of our clients and our team members. Since the onset of COVID-19, we’ve followed the guidance of federal, provincial, and local authorities to stop the spread of the infection.
We have put into place all the necessary measures to minimize the spread of COVID-19.

Here is what to expect prior to our carpet cleaning visit or upholstery visit to your residence:

During the booking call we will ask the following questions to ensure the safety of our team.

-Anyone we may encounter during our service call traveled outside of Canada in the last 14 days?

-Has the facility identified COVID-19 exposed person(s) or restricted access in place due to a suspected or confirmed COVID-19 case?
     If yes: What is the date of exposure?
-Has confirmation been received of exposed person(s) isolation?
-Has the site recently been cleaned to decontaminate surfaces within the Technician’s pathway and work area?
-Will there be any other person(s) working in close proximity to our technician(s)?

If we are satisfied that all questions and criteria have been met, we will then book the appointment and when our technicians arrive on-site to perform the job they have been trained to adhere to all guidelines when interacting with you and completing the work in your house or commercial space.
?Our technicians will wear face masks at all times, when  possible.
 Gloves will be used in combination with proper hand washing before and after job.
Our technicians have been trained to avoid touching their eyes, nose and mouth with unwashed hands.

Our technician will always maintain Physical Distancing – being at least 2 metres apart.
They will not shake hands
They will not accept food or beverages
They will not share materials and will
Sneeze or cough into their sleeve

Our trucks are equipped with a sanitizing station. We do not need to use any of the facilities on the property.
Out technicians will clean up after they are done. Cleanliness is extremly important.
All tools used for cleaning are rinsed with hot water and sanitized and disinfected after every use.
To minimize any transmission, all paperwork including invoices can be forwarded to you via email.

We offer touchless payments either through the credit card or E transfer.
