Maid Service

Oliva Service provides customized cleaning services as a one-time visit or on a daily, weekly, alternate weekly or monthly basis. You can either pay the cleaners at the time of service or by invoice. We perform regular spot checks to ensure the performance of our staff.

Regular Service Includes:

• complete dusting of furniture & knick-knacks
• cobweb removal and ceiling fan dusting
• dusting baseboards and windows sills
• cleaning all light switches
• cleaning patio doors
• cleaning inside the microwave oven
• complete vacuuming of carpets, floors & upholstery (including under seat cushions)
• sanitizing and deodorizing the bathrooms
• polishing bathroom fixtures and mirrors
• cleaning exterior cupboard doors, countertops and doors
• washing floors and tiled walls
• removal of all garbage

Extra Services:

• Interior window washing
• Cleaning the stove and refrigerator
